I came in to tan tonight and I wasnt really welcomed nicely. The girl didnt smile at all and was very rude. I told her I was all set with my receipt and she looked at me dumfounded and was like ugh okay very meanly, Im sorry for complaining but I just feel like if I am going to pay 8 whole dollars to tan for just one time, I feel like I should be welcomed and treated with respect.

I love fenway tan b/c its sooo convenient. Yet I would have to agree with Johnson in that I came in tanning last week and the door behind me didn’t shut all the way. I didn’t realize that I had left it an inch open. The girl at the front desk gave me the dirtiest look ever and was very unfriendly. All she had to do was tell me that the door wasn’t shut tight but instead she gave me an extremely dirty look didn’t say a word to me and then shut the door and was extremely pissed off. It was very very unacceptable.

i agree. very rude employees. treating people like that just makes you look dumb…you’re the one working at a tanning salon. love the place and some girls are very sweet - but others need to relax.

Fenway Tan is awesome!! I’ve never found better prices anywhere else, lotion prices are like half of what they are at other salons! Definitely convinient and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I reccommend it!

I like the clean atmosphere, but I have found places to go tanning for much cheaper and they at least have friendly employees

I’m not sure what happened, but ever since after winter break the staff has been SO friendly… they were very rude before. But now they always say hello and thank you afterwards. It’s a much more pleasant experience

i used a coupon i had and found the girl at the desk very sweet, and any time i called about specials the girls were always nice on the fone..my only complaint is that its not open for the summer, even though the tanners may primarly be the student, i happened to live close by =) for now ill cont to use it and will be back when they open again=) i wish jus be using another tanning salon in the summer =) other than that im happy with the salon =)

I know a girl who works there named Athena who is the rudest person in the world. Everytime I’m in there or anyone else she has nothing but dirty looks to give. I’ve even watched her put people in for a shorter amount of time than what they requested. Not cool, especially for those prices.
